Don Marsango, a well-known businessman in Taylorville, started his Property Business in 1975 with one small house that he bought, remodeled, and sold for a profit. He enjoyed that project so much that he knew he wanted to get into the property business.
So, over the years he bought, remodeled, and sold numerous properties and also built up a portfolio of well maintained, quality rental properties that eventually became Marsango Rental Company Inc.
Today, Don Marsango has since retired and his grandson Blake Richardson has taken over the role of general manager. Blake is committed to continuing his grandfather's tradition of customer satisfaction and keeping properties and values top quality.
Marsango Rentals owns and operates all of their properties which includes apartment complexes, houses, a duplex and also commercial property such as the Blue Classic Plaza and also the Marsango Plaza as well as various stand alone buildings.
